Fellowship-trained, board-certified sports medicine — for high school athletes, college players, and anyone living an active life. Born and raised here, back home to care for our community.

Most of the practice is sports medicine — knees, shoulders, hips, and the injuries that keep you off the field. When an active life calls for more, advanced joint options are here too.
ACL reconstruction, meniscus repair, and cartilage restoration — back on the field.
Rotator cuff, labral repair, and instability — for throwers, lifters, and everyday motion.
Impingement (FAI) correction and labral repair for active hips.
Athletic and complex fracture care, from the sideline to surgery.
An athlete-first plan to get you back to your level — and keep you there.
When an active life calls for it, robotic-assisted total knee and hip replacement.

Dr. Kelly competed at a high level growing up here in the Tri-Cities, then trained at the University of Missouri as a Division I team physician. He understands what it takes to reach the top of your sport, stay there, and find your way back after an injury — whether you're in high school, playing in college, or simply keeping up with an active life.
Calm, easygoing, and genuinely invested in the people he treats, he and his wife — both from the area — came home to care for the community that raised them.
“I broke my hip and Dr. Kelly did an amazing job of putting me back together!! I highly recommend him.”
